Search information
Tracking numbers and carrier choices are processed in your browser to suggest carriers and prepare links. Parcel Tracker does not send them to its server, put them in internal URLs or publish public result pages. Your number is sent to the carrier website when you click a link that includes it.
Receipt and shipping label images
Barcode reading and OCR for receipts and shipping labels run on your device. The photo button requests camera permission only when clicked, without audio, and stops the camera after capture, closing or hiding the page. The app does not upload or store receipt or shipping label images, recognized text or raw barcode payloads. OCR tools and language models load from this website. You review, edit and select numbers before searching; only confirmed numbers are used to prepare carrier links in your browser.
History on your device
We do not retain permanent search history on the server. Saving starts only after you allow history in the privacy banner or enable ‘Remember parcels on this device’. Your browser stores up to 20 numbers, carrier choices and search timestamps in local storage. Other people using the same browser profile may access them. Remove entries, clear history, or turn off the option to delete all saved history and stop saving searches. Your choice to turn it off persists when you return.
Technical information
The hosting provider may log technical page-access information, such as IP addresses and browser details, according to the operator’s configuration. Parcel links are prepared in your browser.
External websites
Clicking ‘Open website with tracking number’ sends your number to the selected carrier’s official website in the URL. It may appear in browser history and that website’s logs. Some carriers use reversible Base64 encoding. Links labeled ‘Open carrier website’ do not include your number; you choose whether to paste it there. Carrier websites have their own policies.
Advertising and cookies
Google AdSense is not loaded without a configured publisher and ad slot. The privacy banner lets you accept all, use necessary storage only, or choose history and advertising separately. The app does not set cookies itself; it uses localStorage for privacy choices and your selected theme. Google may use cookies and device information only after you allow ads. Reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change your choices. Withdrawing advertising permission after ads have loaded reloads the page to stop the scripts. Withdrawal does not delete existing Google cookies; manage those in browser settings.
