Is Parcel Tracker free?

Yes. No account or subscription is needed to find your carrier and open its official tracking page.

Where can I see my parcel’s delivery status?

Choose your carrier and open its official tracking website. Your number is included where supported; otherwise copy and paste it there.

Why can’t you detect my carrier?

Many carriers share number formats, and some do not publish official specifications. You can always choose a carrier manually based on your sender’s information.

How do I track multiple parcels?

Select Multiple parcels and enter one number per line, with no parcel count limit. Duplicate numbers are removed. Each parcel gets its own result, where you can choose a carrier individually.

Do you store my tracking numbers?

Tracking numbers are processed in your browser. Parcels are remembered on this device only with your permission. You can delete history or turn off saving anytime. Carrier websites have their own privacy policies.

My parcel has stopped updating. What should I do?

Confirm the number and carrier with your sender, then check the official carrier website. Contact the sender or carrier for help. Parcel Tracker cannot change delivery addresses or schedules.
