PARCEL TRACKER
About Parcel Tracker and our guides
Parcel Tracker provides one starting point for tracking parcels across several carriers in Thailand. Enter a number or read it from a receipt photo, then choose a carrier and open its official tracking page. The tool is free and no account is required.
An independent route to official tracking pages
This website is not a carrier, a carrier representative or a service operated by the listed carriers. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A listing does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Number patterns suggest possible carriers. Different carriers can share patterns, so confirm the carrier using your receipt or the sender’s information. A matching number format does not establish that a shipment exists.
Photos stay on your device for number review
Barcode reading and OCR run in your browser. Parcel Tracker does not upload receipt photos, shipping label photos or their crops to a processing server. You can take a photo or choose an existing image.
Blur, similar characters and unsupported formats can produce incorrect readings. Compare every character with the original photo, edit numbers and select only the items you want before searching. Retake an unclear photo or type the number supplied by your sender.
The carrier provides current delivery updates
Parcel Tracker’s search interface prepares links to official carrier websites; it does not fetch and display live delivery statuses itself. A link includes your number where the destination supports it. Otherwise, copy the number into the carrier’s tracking page.
Opening a link that includes a tracking number sends it to the carrier’s website. We cannot change delivery addresses, reschedule parcels, edit statuses or handle compensation claims. Check the official tracking page and contact your sender or the carrier through its own support channels.
What our guides explain and how to check them
Guides by Parcel Tracker explain the tool’s workflow, photo review, multiple parcel searches and checks for missing numbers. Example number patterns describe formats the tool supports; they are not a complete carrier specification or a guarantee that a number is correct.
Articles identify Parcel Tracker and show when their content was updated. This date is not a carrier’s latest parcel update. Status explanations are general guidance; use the carrier’s own status names and shipment events for the actual delivery.
If a guide differs from your receipt or the official tracking page, keep the original number instead of changing it to match an example. Confirm the carrier with your sender and check the official website again.
